Urgent vacancies exist in a Mortgage Bank for the following positions

POSITION	QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT (MALE)	·         A graduate of any social science course ·         At least  3 years cognate experience in a relevant position ·         Excellent knowledge  of secretarial duties and functions ·         Considerable knowledge of banking products ·         Good social and marketing network ·         Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite ·         Must not be older than 35 years of age ·         Must have graduated with at least 2nd Class Lower Class of degree
ESTATE OFFICERS	·         Graduate of Estate Management with at least Second Class Lower Division ·         At least 5years cognate experience in Estate management and marketing ·         Membership of NIESV will be an added advantage ·         Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
PROJECT OFFICERS	·         A Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or other related discipline ·         At least 5 years cognate experience in related position ·         Membership of any related professional body would be an added advantage ·         Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Project Application
FINANCIAL CONTROL OFFICERS	·         Must be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) ·         Must have at least 5 years cognate experience in a similar positions ·         Possession of Masters Degree would be an added advantage ·         Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
AUDIT/RISK OFFICERS	·         Must be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) ·         Must have at least 5 years cognate experience in a similar positions ·         Possession of Masters Degree would be an added advantage ·         Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
LEGAL OFFICERS	·         Must be a graduate of law ·         Must have been called to the bar ·         Must have at least 5 years post call experience ·         Must be conversant with corporate commercial and property laws ·  Must be conversant in debt recovery and insolvency practices
BANKING OPERATING OFFCERS	·         A graduate of any social socience course ·         At least 3 years cognate experience in customer service and/or Banking operations practice ·         Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite ·         Possession of ACCA/ICAN certificate would be an added advantage
